Over the years I have found many very helpful websites with great information on cooking and gluten free cooking.  I have no desire to re-invent the wheel, so I want to share some of those sources here and then add some information of my own.

Stella Culinary has some great videos on basic cooking skills as well as some more advanced information.  Check out some of the knife skills, I learned some things!

Karina, over at Gluten Free Goddess Has lots of wonderful hints and tips for gluten free baking.  When I was first trying to figure this out, she was one of the few good sources out there.  She inspired me to try my own recipes.
