Some days I really want to cook an authentic, flavorful, rich dish. Cooking is therapy for me, and I love to try new things and learn new skills. But some days we have precisely 15 minutes to get dinner on the table and 10 minutes to eat it. I just need to throw some thing fast and preferably healthy in front of my kiddos so we can run out the door to the next thing.
Since we are now gluten free grabbing burgers, pizza or fried chicken on the run on a crazy day is out the window (not that we every thought those things were good for us, but just so dang convenient).
My goal here is to share multiple ways of cooking and preparing the same dish. I have a beef stroganoff recipe that's on the table in 20 minutes and one that takes more than an hour, and some days we eat one and sometimes the other depending on the energy and time constraints of the day.
